Ideal stay for the not-so-picky
I must say I loved the quirky breakfast room in the basement complete with free coffee anytime you want. And the friendly staff took it upon themselves to ensure I got a croissant to go even when I had to leave before breakfast time.
It wasn't exactly cheap but I guess for where we were, it was acceptable.

I recently stayed here for two nights with my family, and we truly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the chill vibe in the common room. It was nice to relax with coffee and snacks throughout the day, which made our stay even better. The only downside was the street noise, but it didn't ruin our fun—just bring earplugs if you're sensitive. 😊

Our family shared a lovely moment enjoying the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The proximity to public transport made our trips around London easy and fun, especially for my two teenagers, who loved exploring the city independently.
My kids wished there were more activities for teenagers.

Solo traveler budget spot with unique charm
I found the chillout area downstairs quite relaxing with free tea and coffee anytime you want, it felt cozy and a good place to unwind after a long day. And the continental breakfast was a surprise, muffins and filter coffee hit the spot right, makes it worth the price really.
Now don't get me wrong, it wasn’t inexpensive but you get what you pay for so can't complain too much.

good value stay, but needs better soundproofing
The Savana Deluxe Room offered ample space for a couple, making it a comfortable choice for our one-night stay. I appreciated the well-organized breakfast area which fostered a nice atmosphere to start the day.
The noise from the street was quite noticeable during the night, which made it hard to sleep.

would definitely come back here

missingWrote a review on Feb 09clean roomgreat breakfasthelpful staffpoor soundproofingineffective heatingold mattress
The room was tidy, with clean linen and a pleasant shower experience that featured a great water pressure. Access to a self-service breakfast area was convenient, offering a decent selection of items. The croissants were particularly fresh. The location provided easy transport access, making it simple to get around. Unfortunately, the walls were terribly thin, allowing noise from other guests to disturb my sleep quite often. The heating in the room wasn’t effective enough to combat the cold, leaving me shivering at night. the mattress felt old and lacked support. Bringing an eye mask is a must due to external light coming through the curtains. Though staff were friendly, the service could have been more prompt during busy hours. For the price, I expected more comfort and quiet.
